E4E is not responsible for damage caused by client or delivery recipients.  E4E is not responsible for damages prior to pick up; E4E is not responsible for any late fees charged to clients by merchants.

E4E does not drive clients’ vehicles. 

E4E will not act as an agent for any clients in any legal actions including a court of law.
